Overview

The report presents a full ESRS/CSRD sustainability statement for the NORD/LB Group and describes a double materiality analysis covering impact and financial materiality. It reports sector-specific financed-emissions reduction targets for 2030, including reductions for agriculture, energy, real estate, chemicals, steel and automotive. The Group reported 3,866 employees at year-end and disclosed 2025 Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. The sustainability statement was subject to a limited assurance engagement by PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
