Overview

The report describes Nordea's 2009 CSR strategy as integrating responsible business into its values, operations and customer activities. It reports a 37% reduction in overall CO2 emissions and a 5% reduction in total energy use from 2008. The report also highlights LEED certification for 14 main Nordic office buildings and green certificates covering Nordic energy use.
