Overview

The report presents Nordnet's first sustainability reporting under CSRD and ESRS and describes a double materiality assessment. It reports 2025 gross GHG emissions of 339,734 tCO2e on a location-based basis and 339,724 tCO2e on a market-based basis, including category 15 investments, while emissions excluding category 15 were 444 tCO2e. Nordnet joined the SBTi and set climate targets pending validation, including a net-zero target for 2050. The Group ended the year with 976 employees and a Board of Directors comprising 50% women.
