Overview

The report highlights NOG's 2025 ESG governance enhancements, including a formal ESG Policy, an ESG Steering Committee and a third-party review of its risk and control matrix. It reports record production of 135,045 BOE per day and Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 16.2, 207.8 location-based and 23,280,416 MT CO2e, respectively. NOG also purchased and retired 250 metric tonnes of CO2e in offsets, exceeding 100% of its operational emissions, and transformed its Community Investment Program with more than $372,000 in donations.
