Overview

The report is the company's first ESG report, aligned with the SRSSH and informed by a materiality assessment. It reports 14,734 tCO2e of total greenhouse gas emissions for the year ended 31 March 2021, including 6,457 tCO2e Scope 1 and 7,598 tCO2e Scope 2 emissions. It also reports that 98.8% of newly built properties completed during the year achieved EPC B, while the board comprised 44.4% women.
