Overview

The report describes a challenging FY2018 in which Group revenue remained broadly flat at R4,308 million. The company expanded its packaging activities through the acquisition of ITB Manufacturing for R224 million. It reports 2,344 permanent employees, with 26% women, and highlights continued monitoring of employment equity, skills development, environmental matters and health and safety. The Social and Ethics Committee also implemented an anti-bribery and corruption programme during the year.
