Overview

The report presents Novus Holdings' 2021 responsible-business activities across ethics, human capital, community investment and environmental practices. It reports more than 1 700 full-time employees, R13,1m spent on skills development, and community initiatives reaching 225 schools and more than 114 000 lives. Environmental highlights include R100m+ invested in environmentally responsible practices and 74 747 tonnes of CO2 emissions in 2021, compared with 102 843 tonnes in 2020. The Group also describes an integrated SHERQ management system and ISO 45001 certification.
