Overview

The report presents NRW.BANK's 2019 sustainability performance through climate-neutral operations, two EUR 500.0 million Green Bond issues supporting environmental projects, and detailed employee and resource metrics. It reports 2,009 tonnes of CO2e emissions for the year, all offset with certificates. The workforce section records 1,392 active employees and continued emphasis on training, equal opportunities, health, and work-life balance. The eco-balance also reports total water consumption of 25,056 m3 and 279.2 tonnes of waste.
