Overview

The report describes Nufarm's 2018 sustainability performance across safety, ethical sourcing, people, environment, product stewardship and community. Safety performance improved, with the group LTIFR at 0.37 and 10 of 12 manufacturing sites injury-free for more than a year. Environmental reporting includes a 226 ML reduction in water withdrawal, while supplier CSR assessment coverage reached 37%. Women represented 25% of the board in 2018.
