The report describes OakNorth's revised net-zero pathway to 2045, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, and reports 2025 Scope 2 emissions of 55 Tonnes CO 2 e and total reported Scope 3 emissions of 103,130 Tonnes CO 2 e. It also highlights the 1+1% commitment to donate 1% of group profits and 1% of employees' time to charitable initiatives. ESG oversight is assigned to the Board, supported by the Board Risk and Compliance Committee and Executive Leadership Team.
