Overview

The report presents OCB Group's 2020 sustainability framework across Consumer Foods, Bedding Products and Building Materials, while excluding the property holding division because its revenue is insignificant and it has no material sustainability matters requiring reporting. The Board retains ultimate responsibility for sustainability, supported by the ARMC, RMEC and RMSWG. Operational disclosures include local-supplier sourcing of 97%, 72% and 83% across the three divisions, respectively, and gender representation of 53% female in management and executive positions and 24% female in other positions.
