Overview

The report describes the company's 2023 sustainability strategy around financial empowerment, responsible transformation finance and human-centered banking. It reports 9.7 MWh of cumulative energy savings and prevention of 5,058 tons of CO2 emissions. The 2023 workforce comprised 1,284 employees, 58% of whom were women. Its Fair Tales initiative distributed 1 million books to more than 1,200 schools and continued its theater program.
