Overview

The report describes Oikos Group's 2023 implementation of its ESG strategy across emissions, energy efficiency, waste reduction and employee development. The group reported 1,978 employees, gross Scope 1 emissions of 1,462 t CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 1,656 t CO2e and market-based Scope 2 emissions of 0 t CO2e. It also reported 6,678 t of waste generated and progress toward its 2025 emissions and waste targets. Selected non-financial indicators were subject to a limited assurance engagement by Grant Thornton.
