The report is ONGC Group's first ESG report covering ONGC and five group entities for FY'20. It reports a 4.4 percent reduction in emissions, a total workforce of 33,564 employees, and extensive renewable-energy and energy-efficiency initiatives. The company also reports INR 6,070 Million in CSR expenditure directed toward education, healthcare, sanitation, environmental sustainability, and inclusive development.
