Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is Old Republic's inaugural sustainability report, covering its culture, human capital, community engagement, customer privacy and data security, environmental issues, and future commitments. It describes more than 9,000 associates, a workforce that is more than two thirds women, and a board that is 6 percent female. In 2020, Old Republic Companies and associates donated $300,000 to the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army through a Coronavirus Giving Campaign.
