Overview

The report is Olmix's first CSR report, marking the Group's 30th anniversary and presenting its bio-based approach to agroecological transition. It highlights 2024 group climate and resource data, including 18 kt CO2e from Scopes 1+2, 124 kt CO2e from Scope 3, 101 596 m3 of water consumption and 870 tons of waste. It also reports a workforce of more than 850 employees, 23,148 training hours and an average of 27 training hours per employee in 2024. The report describes CSR governance, employee awareness initiatives and Olmix's contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals.
