Overview

The report presents FY2023 environmental performance for One REIT, including 14,370 t-CO2 of combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 36,400 MWh of energy consumption, 164,000 m3 of water consumption and 1,389 t of waste. It reports a 41.5% reduction in emissions intensity from FY2014. One REIT received four stars and a Green Star in the 2024 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, while its green-building certification rate reached 79.3% at December 2023 and 80.1% at August 2024.
