Overview

The report is OneSpan's inaugural ESG disclosure for 2022 and describes a People Promise centered on employee well-being, openness, trust and global impact. It reports 790 employees, 31% female representation, and 2022 engagement highlights including 83% feeling respected and 88% saying they can be themselves at work. Its climate section provides 2021 Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 68, 215 and 19,341 tCO2e, respectively, plus 1,542 MWh of energy use and 6.57% renewable energy. The report also presents partial TCFD alignment and identifies the Board's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee as responsible for ESG oversight.
