The report presents the company's FY2021 sustainability activities across customer satisfaction, governance, education and training, employee welfare, community care and environmental protection. It describes a Group-wide Pandemic Business Continuity Plan to maintain operations during COVID-19. The company contributed RM30,000 to support the HugOurTree environmental initiative and purchased 471 mRECs representing 471 MWh of electricity generated from renewable sources.
