Overview

The report describes Orbit Group's 2023/24 sustainability progress, including a 39.7% reduction in its Scope 1 and 2 carbon footprint against the 2018/19 baseline and a Scope 3 total of 143,466 tCO2e. It reports £22.4 million of social value generated during the year and 10,496 customers receiving Better Days support. Environmental initiatives brought 17.8% of managed outdoor green spaces into the nature-recovery criteria. Governance is overseen by the Orbit Group Board and Executive team, supported by a Sustainability Steering Group.
