The report highlights Organon's 2023 progress in gender equity, environmental performance, and waste management. Female representation in roles at director-level and above increased to 47%. Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions were reduced by 6.6% against a 2020 baseline, and 93% of operational waste from six manufacturing sites was reused, recycled, or otherwise used beneficially.
