Overview

The report highlights Organon's 2024 progress in women's health access, including 76 million unintended pregnancies helped prevented through the Her Promise Access Initiative and over 63 million women and girls in low- and middle-income countries receiving affordable contraceptive access. It also reports a 4.8% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions against a 2020 baseline and 94% of operational waste reused, recycled or otherwise beneficially used at six manufacturing sites. Nearly 65% of the Board of Directors have been women since the company's founding in 2021.
