Overview

The report presents Orica's 2013 sustainability performance across safety, people, environment and community. It reports zero fatalities, 111 high potential incidents and a workforce of 14,915 employees, with women representing 18% of employees. Environmental disclosures include 1,893,000 tCO2-e of Scope 1 emissions, 529,000 tCO2-e of Scope 2 emissions, 9.3 M kL of net water consumption and 16,900 tonnes of waste generated.
