Overview

The report records zero fatalities, a 51 per cent gross Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reduction from the 2019 baseline and net combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 1,331 ktCO2-e in 2025. It also reports a global workforce of more than 14,000 people and continued implementation of its People and Global Mental Health strategies. Orica is progressing toward its 2026 and 2030 emissions targets while advancing renewable electricity sourcing and broader decarbonisation initiatives.
