Overview

The report covers the Group's 2023 performance across seven business segments. Consolidated revenue increased to RM4,356,068 (RM'000) from RM3,827,052 (RM'000), while profit before tax was RM619,502 (RM'000). The Group completed acquisitions that enabled full consolidation of plantation interests and expanded its Malaysian planted area to approximately 8,302 hectares. Its eighth Sustainability Report describes group-wide sustainability governance led by the Board Sustainability Committee and supported by a Sustainability Working Committee.
