Overview

The report covers OIB's 14-month FPE2020 period and describes sustainability governance led by the Board and supported by the Sustainability Management Committee. The company reports 330 all Malaysian employees, with about 44% being female. During the COVID-19 lockdowns, employees helped produce close to 5,000 face shields, while the company distributed more than 3.2 MT of rice and care packages to affected families.
