Overview

The report describes Oshkosh Corporation's first sustainability report for fiscal 2013 and identifies safety, ethics/compliance, environmental performance, innovation, diversity and inclusion, and community involvement as material interests. It reports 11,900 employees and $7.665 billion in net sales, along with 1,751,287 MMBtu of energy use, 64,147 metric tonnes of Scope 1 emissions and 102,414 metric tonnes of Scope 2 emissions. It also reports 9,458 tons of waste landfilled, 91.5 million gallons of water used, and a 46% normalized reduction in waste to landfill.
