Global Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes OSI's global sustainability program across 77 sites in 18 countries and reports on 2016 and 2017 calendar years. For 2017, its direct-operation and joint-venture workforce totaled 14,537, while landfill-free facilities increased from 15 in 2016 to 19. OSI reported global water withdrawal of 8.960 hm3 and total energy consumption of 1,280,165 mWh/mT, alongside 2025 targets including a 20% reduction in GHG emission intensity from a 2015 baseline. The report also details priorities spanning animal welfare, antibiotic stewardship, conservation, climate change, workplace safety and community impact.
