Overview

The report presents FY2023 sustainability performance for the Group, including 1,639 tonnes CO2e of total GHG emissions, zero workplace fatalities, and 40% female representation on the five-member Board. It reports a workforce of 173 permanent full-time and part-time employees and average training of 16 hours per employee. The Group also began tracking Scope 3 category 1 emissions for its GB subsidiary, reporting 24,227 tonnes CO2e, while using TCFD recommendations for climate-related disclosures.
