The report presents OUELH's 2021 sustainability reporting across healthcare operations, assets and corporate functions, with the Board overseeing sustainability-related matters. It reports a refreshed materiality assessment and four new factors: health and safety, local communities, diversity and non-discrimination, and customer privacy. The company reports 94 employees across Singapore, Japan and China. For the Wuxi hospital, it also reports 28 community service events reaching more than 800 beneficiaries and no work-related injuries or ill health in FY2021.
