Overview

The report presents OUE REIT's FY 2024 ESG Vision 2030, including a 40% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for commercial properties by 2030 and a Net Zero ambition by 2050. It reports 95.4% of the portfolio as green-certified and 69.4% of total borrowings as green financing. Operational disclosures include 40,174.1 tCO2e total emissions and 57 employees. KPMG LLP provided limited assurance over selected environmental data and selected GRI disclosures.
