Overview

The report presents OverIT's FY2025 consolidated sustainability disclosures under a voluntarily adopted ESRS framework and a double materiality assessment. It reports submission of SBTi near-term targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 59% by 2034 from a 2024 baseline, alongside 2025 gross emissions of 157.3 t CO2eq Scope 1, 47.3 t CO2eq location-based Scope 2, and 1,783 t CO2eq Scope 3. The group recorded 536 employees, zero work-related injuries or fatalities, and zero total waste. It also retained ISO 14001, SA 8000 and UNI/PdR 125 certifications and its EcoVadis Platinum Medal.
