Overview

The report presents expanded sustainability disclosures for the Group's Malaysian operations, covering 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. It identifies eleven common material sustainability matters through a likelihood-and-impact assessment and reports performance on diversity, health and safety, energy, water and waste. The statement also discloses 224 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 126 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions and 398 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions from business travel and employee commuting. Sustainability oversight rests ultimately with the Board of Directors, supported by the Group Chief Executive Officer and Sustainability Working Group.
