Overview

The report presents PCRD's first Sustainability Report for FY2017 and describes Board involvement in determining and managing material ESG factors. It formalises sustainability governance through a structure in which PCRD Management reports to the Board. Its materiality assessment prioritises governance and social factors, while environmental KPIs are considered not relevant because PCRD has no operational business. The report also records 100% annual performance reviews and an average of 21 hours of continuing professional education per employee with professional memberships.
