Overview

The report describes Pacific National's FY24 ESG strategy and performance across climate, environmental footprint, safety, people and community. It expanded and recalculated its Scope 3 inventory, reported Scope 1 and location-based Scope 2 emissions, and continued work on decarbonisation and climate-risk assessment. Water consumption fell 42 per cent to 80 megalitres, while the report recorded two work-related fatalities and higher injury and safety-event metrics. Workforce disclosures cover 3,541 employees, gender representation, board diversity and inclusion programs.
