Overview

The report describes PEL's integrated sustainability governance through Board oversight and a dedicated Sustainability Committee. It highlights energy conservation through an Energy Information System, environmental monitoring, vehicle emissions testing, tree planting and clean drinking-water initiatives. Social initiatives included vocational training for women, education support and donation of a C-Arm machine to Lahore General Hospital. Workplace safety efforts included companywide training, emergency-response preparation and incident-reporting digitization.
