Overview

The report describes Pandox's second year of CSRD/ESRS reporting, supported by a double materiality assessment and limited assurance. It reports approved science-based targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% and Scope 3 emissions by 25% by 2030 from a 2022 baseline. Consolidated 2025 gross emissions were 7,225 metric tons CO2e for Scope 1, 6,698 location-based Scope 2 and 85,465 Scope 3. It also reports EU Taxonomy alignment and a 41% sustainability-linked loan share.
