Overview

The report describes the company's 2020 performance as a recycling leader, treating 11.5 million tonnes of waste and recycling 76.3% of it. It reports 9,722 employees across the Group and highlights continued investment in recycling, energy recovery and circular-economy projects. Employee development included more than 1,000 hires and 43,037 hours of training. The report also describes a revised materiality matrix, climate-impact measures and biodiversity actions, including ISO 14001 certification at 108 waste-treatment sites.
