Overview

The report presents SettleParadigm's first group ESG report following the merger and acquisition. It establishes a combined greenhouse gas baseline of 58,958.59 tonnes CO2e, with housing stock accounting for more than 90% of reported emissions. Retrofit delivery included 279 homes receiving measures and 597 homes moving from EPC D or below to EPC C or above. The company also maintains a net-zero-carbon commitment for 2050 while developing its transition plan.
