Overview

The report describes Parker's fiscal 2016 sustainability program across people, planet and products. It highlights a 28% reduction in the Recordable Incident Rate during fiscal 2016 and 214 facilities that were accident free. Parker reports recycling 85% of manufacturing waste and pursuing a 20% reduction in water use and landfill waste between 2015 and 2020. Its Earth Day Challenge produced 35 local projects, reducing water use by 7.5 million gallons, preventing more than 200 tons of waste by-product from landfills and reducing energy use by 17 million kWh.
