Overview

The report presents Pavilion REIT's FY2024 integrated financial and sustainability performance across six properties and a 25-person Manager workforce. It reports 31% renewable electricity usage, 79,056 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 9,650.0 tonnes of waste generated and 627.6 tonnes diverted. Sustainability governance was strengthened through Board-level oversight and a Sustainability Committee, while Pavilion Tower achieved LEED Gold Certification. KPMG provided limited assurance over selected Scope 1, Scope 2, Scope 3 Category 13 and electricity indicators.
