Overview

The report describes PCCP's 2025 sustainability program across portfolio efficiency, green-building certifications, and belonging and inclusion. It reports that 70 properties completed at least one resource-efficiency capital project, representing 13.1% of the operational equity portfolio and 15% of the operational debt portfolio.
