ESG Report

Overview

The report presents Peabody's first ESG disclosure for 2020/21, covering social, environmental and governance performance. It reports £8 million of Group community investment and a pathway to net zero carbon in day-to-day business by 2030 and rented properties by 2050. Scope 1 emissions were 13,465 tonnes CO2e in 2020, while Scope 2 and Scope 3 data were still being gathered and reviewed.
