Overview

The report is Pediatrix's first sustainability report and covers its ESG approach, materiality process and governance structure. It reports 2575.58 mn KJ of energy consumption and 307.42 tCO2e of combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for January-August 2022. It also highlights a workforce of 7,219 associates, 80% female associates and a board-led ESG oversight structure.
