Overview

The report describes FY20 progress in ESG integration, governance, responsible investment and stewardship, including the launch of Pendal's first Impact strategy. It reports a Group headcount of 370 and continued achievement of at least 40 per cent female representation on the Board. Group operational emissions were 0 Tonnes CO2e for Scope 1, 341.1 Tonnes CO2e for Scope 2 and 248.3 Tonnes CO2e for Scope 3 corporate travel, while Head Office waste totalled 4201.9 kg.
