Overview

The report reviews the company's 2019 progress across Pentland Brands and JD Sports Fashion. Pentland Brands accelerated its Positive Business strategy, while the Group's reported carbon footprint fell by around 15%, from 38,330 tonnes to 32,464 tonnes. JD retained a CDP score of B and established an ESG committee to oversee sustainability strategy and policy plans. The Group also reported continued support for the UN Global Compact and eight Sustainable Development Goals.
