Overview

The report records PepsiCo's 2023 progress against previous pep+ goals, including a 4% reduction in total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions versus the 2015 baseline and 25% operational water-use efficiency improvement in high water-risk areas. Packaging progress included 89% of packaging designed to be recyclable, compostable, biodegradable or reusable and 10% of beverage servings delivered through reusable models. For its people programs, employees completed more than 1.5 million learning hours and donated more than 163,000 volunteer hours.
