Overview

The report covers FY2023 sustainability performance across selected real estate and healthcare assets in Singapore and China. It highlights 57,184 MWh of total energy use, 26,602 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions, 818.45 tonnes CO2 of Scope 1 emissions, and 636,676 cubic meters of water consumption. The company added SDG 3 to its existing focus on SDGs 5, 13 and 16, while PBC generated 1,101,564 kWh from 1,904 solar panels.
