Social Value Report

Overview

The report describes how the company supported colleagues, customers, communities and animal rescues during the Coronavirus pandemic, including a £1m colleague hardship fund and £1.1m rescue support fund. It highlights over £5m raised for more than 800 charities. Environmental progress included a 7% reduction in absolute CO2e emissions, renewable electricity procurement and carbon neutrality for natural gas and electricity use. The report also introduced a materiality review and formalized governance for the Group's ethical, social and environmental impacts.
