Overview

The report presents the first Social Value Report since the launch of Our Better World Pledge, covering pets, people and planet. It reports a 39% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions versus FY16, while FY21 gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions totalled 29,651 thousand tonnes CO2e. The company recorded 11,758 tonnes of waste, with 98.3% diverted from landfill, and set net-zero commitments for its operations by 2030 and value chain by 2040.
